MORE ABOUT

BUILD YOUR LIGHT

While 'Build Your Light Coaching' is primarily aimed at helping women regain self belief, Michelle does coach both men and women around areas of personal development.

Build Your Light offers

Build Your Light Coaching provides one-on-one coaching for women in a warm, supportive environment. It is a down-to-earth, yet powerful method combining respect and compassion with proven exercises from Positive Psychology. Clients leave with a set of tools and a shift in sense of self which equips them to deal better with life's inevitable challenges.

   1. Individual coaching: face-to-face or over the internet.

       On going support, if requested.

   2. Group work: increase EQ, role clarification, mission statement, team building.

Build Your Light Coaching relies on methods from Positive Psychology. It is also influenced by the work of Viktor Frankl, Nancy Kline

('Time to Think'), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

  1. Confidentiality- what is discussed during coaching will not be shared.

  2. Co-creation- coach and client work together to create the results. The client is the expert on their own life, the coach brings skills and information to help the client.

  3. Empowerment- the aim of the coaching is to empower clients, giving them the tools to nurture their continued personal development and achieve courageous goals.

Build Your Light Coaching is for both private and corporate clients, including many professionals.

Build Your Light Coaching is a non-judgemental, client-centered space aimed at helping women shift from the limitations that keep them stuck, to personal empowerment.

The Four Pillars of Build Your Light Coaching:

Four specific areas stand out in the research as best in helping people upgrade self belief.

1. Story

Identifying the roots of your self belief, i.e. your personal history, helps you challenge,  and grow beyond, the limiting beliefs holding you to your past.

2. Strengths and Values

Identifying your unique God given abilities, plus your values, clarifies what you do best and the good you stand for. This knowledge boosts your self belief, and empowers you to take positive action.

3. Self Compassion

People in general do not do self compassion well. Yet it has been identified as one of the most powerful ways to develop self belief.

4. Purpose

What is the good you were created to bring into the world?

If you had the opportunity to serve the greater good, what specifically would you do?
